Who operates this site
Houston Commercial Restoration is operated by Union Boomer LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We are a commercial property emergency response network. We are not a restoration contractor and do not perform restoration work; we dispatch an independent, vetted restoration company serving Houston. All licensing, insurance, and workmanship are the responsibility of that contractor.

Call recording notice
Calls to the number on this site are recorded. We record for quality assurance, dispatch accuracy, and billing verification. By calling, you consent to that recording. Recordings are shared with the responding contractor for dispatch purposes and retained by our call-tracking provider. Recordings are never sold, published, or shared with third parties for marketing. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the person answering and we will note your request.

What we collect
When you call: your phone number, the call recording and transcript, and the details you provide (property type, address, damage type, contact name, access instructions). When you visit: standard web analytics and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the search term and page that referred you.
Why we collect it
To dispatch a crew to your property, to verify that our response met the times we promise, and to bill the contractor accurately. Aggregate, anonymized statistics — such as median answer time — may be published; individual calls, recordings, and personal details are never published.
Who we share it with
The responding contractor for your city, and our service providers (call tracking, answering service, hosting). We do not sell personal information. We do not share your details with multiple contractors, lead marketplaces, or advertisers.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by emailing eddie@60secondcall.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that billing and dispatch records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Cookies
This site uses minimal analytics and advertising cookies to measure which pages produce calls. It does not use tracking for personalized advertising profiles.
Terms of use
Emergency services. This site connects you with an independent restoration contractor. It is not an emergency service in the sense of 911. If there is fire, structural collapse, injury, or immediate danger to life, call 911 first.
Our role. We answer, triage, and dispatch. We do not perform restoration work, do not employ the crews, and do not guarantee the workmanship, pricing, insurance outcome, or scheduling of the independent contractor who responds. Any agreement for restoration work is between you and that contractor.
Response times. Our published targets — a live answer within 60 seconds and a crew dispatched within 90 minutes — are the standards we hold ourselves to and measure publicly. They are commitments of effort, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather events, mass-casualty incidents, and access conditions at your property.
Cost to callers. Calling this line is free. We are compensated by the responding contractor, not by property owners or managers.
Content. Information on this site about damage types, insurance, and regulations is general and educational. It is not legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Consult your carrier, counsel, or a licensed professional for your specific situation.
